Alta Vista Public School

Alta Vista P.S. has an enrollment of about 575 students. Sports activities include intramural sports for junior and intermediate students such as cross-country running, soccer, touch football (Grade 7& 8), volleyball, basketball, Borden ball (Grades 4-6) and track and field. 

St. Gemma Catholic School

St. Gemma Catholic School prides itself in being a school that not only digs deeply into the Ontario Curriculum in all subject areas, but also works hard to ensure that their students are well developed in the Catholic Graduate Expectations.   


École Élémentaire Lamoureux Catholique    

École Élémentaire Catholique Lamoureux school is distinguished by its educational approach which is personalized, a unique program in Ontario French-based Montessori principles. 

École Élémentaire Publique Marie-Curie

Marie-Curie provides educational services in French from kindergarten to 6th grade. They also offer activities before and after school that are tailored to the tastes and interests of students.

Arch Street Public School

Arch Street Public School (Grades JK to 6) provides a safe, supportive environment where student learning is the focus of an educational partnership among students, dedicated staff, parents, and the community. 

École Élémentaire Catholique Sainte-Geneviève     

A french catholic elementary school with the aim to provide an environment where students are happy and eager to learn while feeling respected, loved and fulfilled.

Hawthorne Public School

Hawthorne PS provides an environment where children can grow and develop the skills necessary to become successful adults. Students are encouraged to exercise thinking skills and problem solving abilities by asking questions, testing theories and producing models.

Pleasant Park Public School

After the two year bilingual kindergarten program, Pleasant Park offers the Early French Immersion Program starting in Grade 1 and continues to Grade 6. Students receive 60 minutes of English Math instruction as of Grade 1 and one hour of English Language instruction in grades 2,3,4,5, and 6. 

Featherston Drive Public School    

Featherston currently serves 360 students enrolled in programs from kindergarten to grade 8 including a french immersion option. Featherston was proud to welcome the first board administered elementary program for children with Autism. 

Canterbury High School

Canterbury is a school made up of students from the local community and students who have auditioned for the specialized Arts Canterbury program. Students in the Arts Canterbury program enrol in one of the following art disciplines: dance, drama, literary, music, or visual. 

Hillcrest High School

Hillcrest High School strives for excellence in order to impact our world through leadership, knowledge, compassion, and integrity. Since 1961 Hillcrest, home of the Hawks, has prepared students for university, college, apprenticeship programs and the world of work. 

École Secondaire Catholique Franco-Cité    

This French Catholic high school offers 3 programs, the regular stream, a special needs program and a specialized sports-study program. Their "Sports-Études" program aims to help create leaders who excel in their chosen sport while maintaining academic excellence.  

Queen of the Angels Adult School

Queen of the Angels provide learning opportunities for all ages and backgrounds. Day and night classes are available for New Canadians, Landed Immigrants, Refugees, Refugee Claimants, Visa Holders, Visitors and Diplomats.
